PNF Company has a team of technical experts and researchers, who can provide specialized technical engineering services in the fields of industrial purification of drinking water and wastewater treatment. We use latest technologies and methods to provide new solutions and offer various industries with high performance recycling and water treatment systems.

Industrial drinking water treatment

PNF Company has been striving for more than a decade to develop and localize the world’s latest technologies in the drinking water treatment industry. We offer desalination, nitrate, arsenic and heavy metal removal and turbidity reduction of water resources.

Industrial wastewater treatment

PNF has developed and implemented effective industrial wastewater treatment systems based on new knowledge, replacing conventional methods with the aim of protecting the environment and recovering water resources and saving energy. We have executed industrial wastewater treatment units for textile effluent, oil effluent and acid recovery from effluent.

Oil effluent treatment

Oil effluents are manufactured in industries such as oil, petrochemical and food industries and are basically in the form of oil-water emulsions.
Regarding to long-term durability in the environment, these effluents will cause irreparable and extensive damage if not treated.
Payamavaran Nanotechnology Company offers Cavizone package in the field of oil wastewater. through this process , by producing Nano bubbles, oily contaminants such as petroleum products or grease are collected on the surface of the water, and enhancing the stability of bubbles in water and increasing the contact time, multiplies the efficiency of the system in comparison with conventional aeration ways.
Then, using improved electrical coagulation process, the dye and other organic pollutants in the effluent are eradicated.

Attributes

  • No need for chemicals
  • Minimal electricity consumption
  • Stability of performance against temperature and pH conditions

Textile Waste Water Treatment

Regarding to the widespread usage  of water in different stages of production, the textile industry injects a massive volume of effluent containing different chemicals into the environment. Depending on the type of fibers produced, the effluents of textile mills include fats and oils, detergents, acids or alkalis, various dyes and in some cases metal ions.

In textile wastewater treatment and dyeing, there are basically two parts: chemical treatment, physical and then biological treatment. In the chemical treatment stage, a large amount of contaminants and effluent dye are eliminated and prepared for entering the biological process.

PNF Co. has an innovational combination of methods to meet textile industries requirement. The most important advantages of the applied technologies are feasibility and efficiency in this problem.

In electro-oxidation process, a kind of electric current applied into the electrolytic reactor causes the colloidal impurities to de-stabilize, resulting in agglomeration and flotation and subsequent removal.

Dissolved impurities contributing BOD/COD also get oxidized due to the oxidizing agents released by the electrolytic solution which changes them into a state that is either less colloidal and less emulsified (or soluble). Also, Color has been decreased during this process. PNF Co. is using a special coated plates and also power source to improve the operation and also decrease power consumption of the electrooxidation unit. A special unit also is designed to remove salts and other ionized contaminants and makes the water suitable for re use.

The effluent treatment package of Payame Avaran Fardangar Nanotechnology Company uses the process of developed electrocoagulation and electro-oxidation (AECO) to decolorize and reduce the COD and BOD of the effluent. In this method, which is designed on the basis of modern electrochemical technologies, the coagulation of pollutants is performed without the use of common coagulants in the coagulation stage and only with the use of electricity. If the TDS of the effluent needs to be decreased, the electrodialysis unit can be used at the end of the process.

Attributes

  • No need for chemicals
  • Reducing the amount of sludge produced
  • Low energy consumption
  • Appropriate operating cost
  • No need for large relaxation pools
  • Low occupied space
  • easy usage

Acid recovery from wastewater

Payam Avaran Fardangar Nanotechnology Company introduces a new diffusion dialysis method to recover acid from wastewater.

By using this membrane technology, the pure acid from the acidic waste including metal ions is separated and can be used in other processes.

Instead of electric current, diffusion dialysis uses the difference in acid concentration on both sides of the membrane as a driving force, and for this reason, it is considered a cost-effective method.

Anion membranes designed for this purpose are arranged in series. Acidic waste water enters from one side and water from the other side of the membranes asymmetrically, and the acid in the waste water is separated along the membrane and on the water inlet side due to the difference in concentration.

Due to their large size and positive charge, metal ions are removed by anionic membranes and remain in the wastewater. In this way, pure acid is recovered from wastewater with high efficiency.
