Implementation of Water Dispensing and Treatment Systems in Villages Around Kerman

As part of efforts to improve water quality and facilitate access to suitable drinking water in rural areas, water dispensing and treatment systems were designed, installed, and commissioned at the request of Kerman Province Water and Wastewater Company in several villages around Kerman.

The systems use water treatment technology capable of reducing and removing arsenic and heavy metals from water. They have been implemented to provide local households with access to water of suitable quality while addressing the specific water-quality challenges of these areas.

One of the key features of the systems is the card-based water dispensing and household quota management system. A specific water quota is assigned to each household, and the system controls water dispensing based on the allocated quota. This mechanism, which operates in a manner similar to a smart water vending system, enables organized and equitable distribution of water among households while providing effective control over water consumption.

The implementation of these systems in different villages demonstrates the practical application of water treatment technology combined with smart dispensing and consumption management to address the needs of areas facing water-quality challenges. Depending on the conditions and requirements of each location, the systems provide a practical solution for improving water quality and managing water distribution more efficiently.
